My experience at Costa Coffee was great! The place was very clean, and the furniture arrangement created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff, especially the lady who took my order, was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered an espresso, and it was absolutely fantastic—rich, balanced, and exactly what I was looking for. Interestingly, I’ve had espresso from this location before, but it wasn’t as good. This clearly shows how much the barista’s skill affects the coffee’s quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Good selection of food including pastries and light meals. Plenty of seating with access to plug sockets (certain parts of the cafe) and decent wifi. Strategically located inside Tesco, adequate heating as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. One of my favourite spots to work and chill. Do note that if you are eating in, food prices may be slightly higher.

I often go to this Costa Coffee branch in the Portman road Tesco. The service has always been really good along with cleanliness. The team work really hard but always have a welcoming smile on their faces. Not many other coffee shops are as good.

Great service,Sandra ,the manager made the best tea ever for my husband,apple and cinnamon,delicous,the flat white was gorgeous too,highly recomend this coffee shop!

I was served by George (not English) who was the sweetest guy with an amazing smile I'm very particular about how I like my tea but he remembered my order exactly (even though it's always my partner who orders) and then asked if my partner was OK as he wasn't with me that day. His infectious smile and happy disposition spread to everyone who came into contact with him ... I wish everyone could be like this - what a wonderful world it would be! Bless you, George!
